Accor strengthens Egypt presence as deal inked for first Novotel in Orouba Skyline Alexandria Accor, a world-leading augmented hospitality group, is cementing its presence in Egypt after Celebrating and signing a management agreement with major real estate developer El Orouba Misr for a Novotel property in one of Alexandria’s prestigious new developments (Orouba Skyline)

Skyline’s portfolio spans an administrative and business tower, which Dorsch master Architecture one of the top five companies in office designing in the world has worked on designing. SkyHub, and SkyMed a medical tower, in addition to a regional mall.

Orouba Misr is the biggest real estate developers in Alexandria and one of Egypt’s top developers, since 25 years ago had been a pioneer in development in New Cairo and Pyramids Plato area as well as the first to establish luxuries residential compounds in Alexandrian as Orouba Royal compound and Sedra. Orouba has expanded its line of business to a partnership with MAF (Carrefour) to establish ten shopping malls all over Egypt. Orouba Misr has signed an agreement with AAST to build new international schools and colleges within the coming few years in Orouba’s next project.
